During this lockdown in Japan, it hasn’t been so strict or bad so we went for a few drives. One of those drives we went to a lake close to Mt. Fuji. Once we got to the lake we saw a line of beautiful cherry blossoms along the coastline. So we walked slowly and took some photos of the cherry blossoms. After a little bit, there was a guy that asked us to take a boat. There were multiple courses to ride the boat on. The longest boat ride he gave us a discount so we took it. We were able to go around and look at different temples and shrines that were on islands. Also, it was a cloudy day so I took an amazing photo of a shrine on an island and in lightroom classic, I was able to make the clouds look like a storm. So a tiny peaceful place but then a huge storm. So this photo I was really proud of. We also were able to take good photos of Mt. Fuji. The Mt. Fuji photos were really good because I was able to get the tiny mountains and then the vibrant blue sky with a few clouds on Mt. Fuji. The Mt. Fuji made the photo look really cool with the line of slow on Mt. Fuji. After the ride, I saw three herons that looked really cool. So I walked over there and took some really cool close up shots. Then randomly while I was trying to take a photo of one range a crane was flying in the frame of the camera so I was able to get good flight shots. After the birds, we went to another lake that was near Mt. Fuji. So there we had lunch but I also saw many swans so I stopped and took some photos of the swans swimming and on land. So overall that day trip was worth it taking amazing photos of Mt. Fuji and beautiful birds and cherry blossoms.
